77aec Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before You Play

1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and 77aec ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing the 77aec website, creating an account, or using any service offered through the platform, you unconditionally accept these T&C in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these T&C, you must immediately cease using the 77aec platform and close your account.

These T&C should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and 77aec. We recommend that all players read these documents carefully before placing any bet or making any deposit on the platform.

2Eligibility and Age Verification

3Account Registration and Security

Each player may hold only one active account at 77aec. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of all balances across all accounts held. When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. 77aec is entitled to verify this information at any time as part of its KYC process.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or account access with any other person under any circumstances.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

5Bonuses and Promotions

77aec offers promotional bonuses to both new and existing members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions attached to each individual promotion. Players are required to read and understand the terms of any bonus before claiming it. By claiming a bonus, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable bonus terms.

• Bonuses claimed using multiple accounts, through the abuse of referral programs, or through coordinated group play designed to exploit bonus structures will be forfeited. 77aec employs detection systems to identify bonus abuse and reserves the right to apply penalties including account suspension.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotional offer will expire within the timeframe stated in the relevant promotion terms. Any winnings generated from free spins will be credited as bonus funds subject to the applicable wagering requirement.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players only and may be claimed once per household, IP address, and payment method. Any attempt to claim a welcome bonus more than once, including through the registration of multiple accounts, constitutes a violation of these T&C.

6Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the 77aec platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or sport. Game-specific rules are available within each game's interface. In the event of any conflict between these T&C and game-specific rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail in respect of that game only.

• Bets that have been accepted and confirmed by the platform are binding. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. Technical errors that result in a bet being accepted at incorrect odds may result in the bet being voided at 77aec's discretion.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 77aec platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and, where applicable, reporting to the relevant authorities:

• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated tools to interact with the platform, place bets, or gain any advantage not available to other players through normal gameplay.
• Registering more than one account, whether under the same name, a different name, or via proxies or VPN services, for the purpose of circumventing restrictions or claiming bonuses multiple times.
• Colluding with other players to fix the outcome of any game or betting market, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker-style games or coordinated arbitrage betting across multiple accounts.
• Depositing or attempting to launder funds that are the proceeds of criminal activity through the 77aec platform. 77aec cooperates fully with law enforcement and financial regulatory authorities in respect of any such activity.
• Attempting to exploit any software bug, glitch, or error in the platform to obtain credits, bets, or winnings to which you are not entitled. Any winnings obtained in this manner will be voided and removed from your account.
• Using abusive, threatening, or harassing language in any communication with 77aec staff or other platform users. 77aec reserves the right to immediately terminate accounts of players who engage in abusive behaviour toward staff or other members.

8Account Suspension and Closure

77aec reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and for any of the following reasons, without limitation:

• Breach of any provision of these T&C, including the eligibility criteria, account registration rules, prohibited activities, or any bonus terms.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the timeframe specified by 77aec, or provision of fraudulent, forged, or misleading documentation during the KYC process.
• Detection of any activity that 77aec reasonably suspects to constitute money laundering, fraud, match-fixing, or any other form of financial crime.
• A self-exclusion request made by the account holder under our Responsible Gaming policy. Self-excluded accounts will be closed for the duration selected by the player, and attempts to open a new account during the self-exclusion period will be treated as a breach of these T&C.

Upon closure of an account in circumstances that do not involve a breach of these T&C, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player via the same payment method used for deposits, subject to completion of identity verification. Bonus balances and any winnings derived solely from bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirement will be forfeited upon account closure.

9Responsible Gaming

The platform and all content and services provided through it are offered on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 77aec shall use reasonable endeavours to maintain platform availability and to resolve technical issues promptly, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.

11Intellectual Property

All content on the 77aec platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio and video clips, data compilations, and software, is the property of 77aec or its content and technology suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the 77aec platform without the prior written consent of 77aec.

12Amendments to These Terms

77aec reserves the right to amend these T&C at any time. Where changes are material, 77aec will provide advance notice to active account holders via the registered contact details held on file, or by displaying a notice on the platform. The effective date of any amendment will be stated clearly in the updated T&C document.

Your continued use of the 77aec platform following the publication of any amended T&C constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using the platform and close your account prior to the amendment's effective date. 77aec recommends that all players review these T&C periodically to stay informed of the current terms.
